搜尋墾丁美食，好多人推薦後壁湖生魚片，喜歡吃生魚片、海鮮類的我怎麼能錯過呢，馬上列入美食清單，在後壁湖有很多間海鮮餐廳，我選的是 「後壁湖邱家生魚片 」，邱家生魚片總共有兩間分店，我們這次是來到總店用餐，店家有附設停車場，附近也有大型免費停車場，所以可以不用擔心停車問題。
因為是中秋連假，早有預期會需要排隊，但一看到店外排隊的人潮，還是不免驚呼，生意真的太好了！
在店家的門口及周圍貼了很多點餐、等候注意事項，大家可以瀏覽一下，配合店家規定唷！
拿到菜單填寫完，店員確認後會發號碼牌，就可以到櫃檯先買單，接著就可以去外面等候叫號了。
叫號的方式是依照用餐人數做安排，非照號碼順序。
店門口也擺了很多活海鮮
這時段還遇到店家補貨泰國蝦，沒有拍到近距離照，裡面都是滿滿活跳跳的蝦子呀！
店內座位算大，每張桌子都鋪了很厚的辦桌用塑膠桌巾，所以翻桌速度很快，員工也很多，只要一用餐完馬上就會有人來整理，就可以請下一組客人進來，所以不用擔心會等很久。

我們只有兩個人用餐，沒辦法點太多樣怕吃不完，總共點了四樣，鮭魚生魚片、糖醋魚片、泰國蝦、薑絲蛤蜊湯，因為另一半沒有很愛吃生魚片，所以沒點綜合生魚片，不然一片才五元，真的很便宜！！！
鮭魚生魚片(8片) ，100元
雖然沒點綜合生魚片，但這盤鮭魚生魚片一上來還是令人興奮，每一片都切得很厚，再看看那個油花，這不用我多說，真的很好吃！
糖醋魚片(小) ，180元
會點這道是因為我想吃魚，再加上是店家推薦，所以點來吃吃看，和其他道比起來，這道口感就比較普通，中規中矩。
胡椒泰國蝦(半斤)，330元
真的很多胡椒非常夠味XD，每一隻都有滿滿的蝦膏。
薑絲蛤蜊湯(小)，150元
和我們一樣喜歡蛤蜊的一定要點這道，非常值得，這只是小份的而已唷，滿滿一碗的都是蛤蜊，雖然不是特大等級，但每一顆都很飽滿不乾癟，我覺得只要蛤蜊夠新鮮、沙有吐乾淨，就會是一碗好喝鮮甜的蛤蜊湯。
整體來說是一間會想再回訪的海鮮餐廳，適合家族旅遊或一大群朋友出遊來吃的店，這種類型的店感覺就會深受長輩喜愛，生魚片好吃又便宜，每樣都很新鮮，大家如果有來墾丁，記得來嘗鮮！
